MINDFULNESS KIT

Take some time for yourself or create a quiet moment with your children in the noise and chaos of the world. When we teach mindfulness to kids, we have them focus on the present moment, and we equip them with the tools they need to manage stressful situations and challenges. We also build on their self-esteem and self-love! Now that is a gift that keeps on giving! 

Our Mindfulness kit includes 10 hand-dipped 100% Alberta beeswax candles, with each candle lasting for approximately 20-25 minutes, an earthkits tin containing pink Himalayan salt to safely burn your candles in, and 10 affirmation cards by earthkits to pair with each candle.

The beeswax candles are the perfect all natural timer ideal for your meditation or yoga practice, or whatever sweet moment you decide to make for you and your child.
